Cleanliness

Cleanliness focuses on keeping the school and dormitory environment neat, safe, and comfortable for everyone. Students are encouraged to maintain clean classrooms, school grounds, and dorm rooms. In the dormitory, students work together to complete daily tasks such as tidying their beds, organizing personal belongings, sweeping, and ensuring shared spaces are clean. These responsibilities help students develop discipline, teamwork, and good hygiene habits while creating a healthy living environment.

To maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment, dormitory rooms are inspected regularly using a structured evaluation rubric .Each category carries a specific number of marks with the maximum score being 100 marks. During inspections, marks may be deducted if certain areas do not meet the expected cleanliness standards. For example, marks may be reduced if beds are not properly arranged. Each dormitory room belongs to a house where the marks obtained from dorm inspections contribute to the overall points of each house based on the house-based system

To maintain a clean and organized learning environment, classrooms are inspected daily using a structured evaluation rubric. These inspections help encourage students to take responsibility for keeping their classrooms neat, comfortable, and ready for learning. Classroom inspections are conducted at night after prep time ends around 10:30 PM. During this time, the condition of each classroom is checked based on several cleanliness and organization criteria. For example, marks may be deducted if some table are disorganised.

Both of these marks will be announced during morning assembly to motivate students to maintain a clean and organized school environment.

Cheerfulness

Cheerfulness reflects the effort to create a positive, lively, and welcoming school environment. Students are encouraged to participate in activities that promote school spirit, creativity, and teamwork. Events such as INTEGOMB Open Day allow students to showcase their talents, achievements, and school culture to parents and visitors. These activities help build confidence, strengthen friendships, and create a joyful atmosphere within the school community.

Care

I-Care Usrah (cross-age bonding) is a character-building program rooted in Islamic values that aims to strengthen ukhuwah (brotherhood/sisterhood) and personal development among students. Through small group sessions guided by seniors, students gather to reflect, share experiences, and discuss important values based on Islamic teachings. The usrah sessions encourage students to practice akhlaq, mutual respect, responsibility, and care for one another. It also provides a supportive space where students can seek guidance, strengthen their faith, and develop a sense of belonging within the school community. Through I-Care Usrah, students are nurtured not only academically but also spiritually, helping them grow into individuals who embody Islamic values, discipline, and compassion in their daily lives.
