Digital Learning Centre or known as DLC is a medium or bridge for students in learning and gaining information through the using of technology as a new standard and a method in “21ST CENTURY LEARNING”. DLC are functioning in giving, retrieving and applying information and where the students are able to take it as an advantage to get knowledge.
Basically, in SBPI GOMBAK, DLC is used for further research and it has become a centre of online learning whereby the students here use DLC as their base learning to get information related to their subjects and R&D purpose.
DLC located in INTEGOMB Resource Centre and provided with 40 Acer Tablets which divided into 3 categories.
In order to create a dynamic, innovative and new learning medium, DLC were developed to fulfil the students requirement in getting knowledge and up to date information through various sources.
Other than that, since KEBAT (HIGH THINKING SKILL) were introduced and become part of learning and teaching practice, such a medium like DLC would help to create environments whereby the students able to find other information though any educational sources in answering and thinking out of the box.
By having and using DLC, it would help Integomb students in studying and learning so that they would be able to handle and ready to face a new challenge of life.
